For some reason, my Palette Pro 2, now, when I feed filament in, doesn’t stop - it just keeps loading infinitely. I think it basically does not “detect” that the filament has been loaded (it used to load the filament right to the bottom of the splicer, detect the filament, and rewind — it doesn’t do that anymore). Any idea what may be causing that?

well - it seems like the switch leading into the splice core broke! luckily, i actually had an upgrade kit from the palette 2 to palette 2s sitting around, so after performing the upgrade (which switched out the board with the faulty switch), things started working again.
