Canvas hub uses wrong IP address for the Canvas Hub. After Slicing I select “Send to Canvas Hub”. The file is successfully sent to the Hub, but the link that appears “Go to 192.168.0.103 to start your print” is the incorrect IP address.. I have tried deleting the hub and creating it again, but it has the same IP address..
Any Ideas?

Hey @darinparsons, thanks for reaching out about this and sorry for our delayed response due to the holidays. Have you set up multiple Hubs with Palette, or is this the only Hub you have had? Do you have issues with completing a print using your current Hub? Please let us know when you can. Thank you!

I only have 1 Hub. I set it up awhile ago and the IP may have changed. I am able to print without issue from the Hub (with the correct IP) or directly from the Palette..
If I understand correctly, you can still send prints successfully from CANVAS to the Hub page by selecting "Send to Hub", but the IP address displayed is incorrect?

No.. The link does not work.. It attempts to open a browser to the wrong IP address so it gets a 404 error. I am able to print when I connect to the correct IP address.

Hey Darin, thanks for clarifying. Is this a DIY Hub or an original Hub? Are you using any other Pi's that CANVAS might be linking to? It may be best to factory reset your Hub (instructions here: mm3d.co/canvashub-reset), and then relink to your CANVAS account on the Hub page. Let me know if that helps.
