Hi, I have an Ender 3 and a Palette 2. My printer starts to print before the palette has chance to get the filament in. My understanding is that the Palette is supposed to pause the printer until you get the filament at the nozzle.

Hey @justian, thanks for reaching out and sorry for our delayed response due to the holidays. Could you please share your CANVAS project (instructions here) to support@mosaicmfg.com? Please make sure to share your model, as well as your printer profile, so we can make sure that your settings are correct. Palette should not begin to splice filament until you select to start the print on its screen.
