Hi @alina , Here is a picture of one such situation. It happens most often when I go to the Settings to make changes like print speed, temperature, … And when I come back out, the tower has moved.[image|3100]

Hey @vorchak, could you share the CANVAS project so we can try it out on our end? Thanks!

Update (01/05/2021)

Hey @vorchak and @hackmonkey, thanks for your patience with this. The CANVAS team is currently looking into this issue as it is likely a bug on our end. We will post here as soon as it is resolved!

Hi @alina It is not a specific Canvas project. It happens with all of my projects. It is normally generated within the bed area, but there are occasions where it will appear outside. It is not a major issue, because I can just drag the tower back in. I just wanted to report the issue in case it is a bug of some sort.

Adjusting settings like layer height, transition length, and most other tower settings will cause it to change in size, which normally triggers an auto arrange of the tower. Auto arrange treats models like they are boxes and tries to fit them onto the bed, so for circular or organic models, auto arrange will move things further apart than it looks like it should. When auto arrange doesn't find space for the tower it may move it off the bed, and it will also generally try to place it on the left side, which might not end up being on the bed depending on your printer profile. If you share your project (with printer profile), we can take a look at your print bed size and offset to make sure it's not a bug that's affecting auto arrange on your end.

Hi @alina , sure, actually you already have that model because I shared it for some other question:

It is definitely not because there is not enough space. The tower is showing way off. And the bed has plenty of space for a dozen towers :)

I have noticed the same behavior latley as well. What I see happening is that the center point of the tower gets moved to 0,0 on the build plate.
