Adjusting tower print speed

Using Canvas I set the Tower print speed to 50mm/s (and just for testing to 100mm/s) after slicing and downloading or sending to Canvashub it always is cut down to about 30mm/s.

I don’t need the 100mm/s but a little higher to speed up the print would be nice. Did I miss checking somewhere an option in the slicer settings?

Hey @biberfamilie, thanks for reaching out about this. Could you share this CANVAS project with me so I can take a look at the GCode on my end (instructions here)? Thanks!

Update (12/02/2020)

Hey @biberfamilie, it looks like your speed for the tower is being limited by CANVAS in order to avoid buffer errors. There is currently not an option to turn this limitation off - it’s triggered by a combination of your print and splice settings. 100 mm/s is a little too fast for Palette’s buffer to keep up with, we usually recommend a speed of~ 50 mm/s.
