loading issues with chroma rubbish

every time I import a file into chromma that has been sliced with flashprint or simplify3d it says chroma fialed to detect any print layers what a lload of rubbish mosaic products are have a canvas hub wont work with my printers have palette2 pro and guess what wont work because chroma is rubbish call your self a good company not on facebook you wont be

Hey @hman, thank you for reaching out, although I’m sorry you’re having trouble. We can definitely help you get set up. Could you please attach (or send to the GCode from S3D or Flashprint that you are importing into Chroma? Could you also send your Chroma printer profile (Profile > Printer Profiles > Export)?

Usually, this error occurs because you are importing a single colour print. Chroma is a post-processor for multi material/colour prints, so it will only work if you are importing a print file that requires transitions.

i can not send the files because it is, any file it will not even load the calibration print sits for hours and i mean hours analyzing and nothing else can not get it to go further last attempt it was analyzing 6 hours and then i gave up and the machine i run this on is high end and have a fast internet connection and the spelling of analyzing is from chroma not my bad spelling

had to reply this way because of the service you use for emails

unreal in this modern day

Sorry to hear about this - let's try to continue troubleshooting. Could you send the GCode that you are trying to import into Chroma to, as well as a screenshot of the error you are seeing on Chroma?
