Filament Inputs are Mixed Up

I just started experiencing issues with my Palette 3 in the last week. The filament inputs are mixed up filament 1 is now 3 and filament 2 is now 4, filament 3 and 4 don't work at all. I think the CAM is confused (rotated too far?). The first time this happened I went into the XRAY page and hit the rotate CAM button and everything was realigned, It work fine for a couple custom prints then started getting mixed up again. The input lights show that the filament is installed in the slot but when you go to drive the filament it's driving the incorrect slot. I've been on the Beta TPU firmware spm-22.09.14.1 for over a year and it has been working good, I reinstalled the beta firmware and also updated to stock firmware and neither fixed the issue.

Hi @aerialpixel, thanks for letting us know, and sorry that you've seen this issue.

Would you be able to share a video of the error occurring? That would be helpful for us to diagnose the issue. You can either post the video here, or share it with support@mosaicmfg.com.

We should then be able to establish the next steps, to get this resolved for you
