Palette 3 Pro and Prusa MK3s won't start printing

I already printed test key chain and work flawless. Now I have my very first print and starts up, everything is hot, Prusa MK3s does its bed leveling calibration and purge line from the nozzle and just sits there. I waited for 15 minutes and nothing. It has latest firmware on both, palette and prusa. All cables are good. From browser, it successfully sent to palette with no errors. Its like the Palette is not sending the printer any commands. I reset the printer and palette and tried again and still the same. The printer doesn't have any commands to begin to print. Don't know what to do on this. I came from using prusa's MMU2S which I used for a long time sucessfully. This palette 3 pro I am having major doubts and wondering if I wasted my money. Any help be much appreciated.

Hi Jeff,

I'm sorry to hear you are running into this issue. I would be happy to help you with this. I just need a few things to get started. Could you please send me:

Photos of your setup (Palette and Printer)
Share both canvas projects, the one that is freezing as well as the keychain project, if you still have it. Make sure to select all boxes for style, printer and material profiles when sharing.

Thanks for reply! I decided to send it back. I am just beyond frustrated. I have 5 of these units at work which I use on a daily basis and know their little challenges and run just fine. This unit is just simply bad apple. My return policy is a day of two left and do not want to lose that window.
