Palette 3 won't power on

I just received my Palette 3 Pro today and began set up. The device will not power on. The power button LED is red, and stays red no matter if I short press, or hold it down. The screen is also not cutting on and I do not hear fans. Is the device faulty or am i doing something wrong?

Hi Parker,

I'm sorry to hear that your Palette is not powering on. I would be happy to help you with this. I just have a few questions for you to help narrow down what could be causing the issue.

Is the red light you are seeing flashing?
Are you using the power cable that was included with your Palette?
When you press the power button, is there any response at all from the device?

I'm using the included power adapter. The light is solid red, and there is no feedback from the device at all.

forgot to add that the white lights inside the fan grill are on as well
