Thanks for getting in touch, I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with your Palette. I'd be happy to help you out with this.
When this occurs, are you seeing any change to the color of the LED on your units power button? Flashing red or alternating between green and red? Is your unit flipped by chance? We have seen this error occur when the screen is rotated 180 degrees. If so, try resetting the screen and attempt the print again to see if the problem persists.
Could you provide me with a photo of your Palette setup with the top cover removed and in it's error state, and if possible, a short video that shows the error occuring? If it is easier, we can do this over email at support@mosaicmfg.com.
