Currently I get a Palette 3 pro and first of all I updated the firmware with the last version 22.08.11.0 then i tried several times to conect with my printer XYZ da vinci 1.0 pro, it detects dev/ttyACM0 but still not connected so tried to conect with Canvas but it shows Error Code 403. Then I tried with a Sindoh 3DWOX DP200 but didnt recognize the port. I want to know what can i do?

Hi Oscar,
I'm sorry that you're having trouble getting your Palette up and running with your printer. Unfortunately, neither printer is supported in connected mode on Palette. However, according to our printer compatibility list, they should both be compatible in accessory mode!
One hurdle I could see being an issue would be the DaVinci's proprieitary filament that uses an RFID chip system. Other users in the past have been able to work around this and use a third party filament. If you are able to do that, you should be good to go.
