Suddenly when I am asked to feed a color into for example port 1, The filament is blocked , I can not get it fed into the palette. The little silvercoloured thing blocks the feed. Is it broken? why is it blocked suddenly

Hi @davedeboer67, sorry that you've seen this issue. We'll get this resolved as soon as we can.
Please could you first remove the acrylic cover on the inputs, and check for any debris in the input channel?
Please then test the CAM in X-ray mode and let me know what you find.
If you could also record a short video showing the error and share it with support@mosaicmfg.com, that would be very helpful.
Please also be sure that you're using 1.75mm filament with a tolerance of +/-0.03mm at most.

Solved, the small belt was broken, I had to pay a big amount to order a new belt. Nobody in the netherlands sells these things...very stupi.
