I have tried to update the firmware of pallet+, but no reaction. Display shows two lines with squares and on a red circuit board a yellow led is flashing.
What can I do?

Hi @michaelteipen, sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.
Just confirming, that you are attempting this update through the Chroma software? When doing the firmware update through the computer, only a USB cable needs to be installed (do not plug in power supply).
If the screen glitches are persistent, this may be due to static (screen glitching troubleshooting).
