Palette 3 pro shuts down while printing

Everytime i print, palette 3 pro shuts down suddenly and the print stops.

It happened 3 times in row, and never runs more than 30min.

If im not printing anything, it can stay on more than 30min, but as soon as i start printing, it seems fine at the beginning but suddenly the power goes off witout any notification or error.

Im connecting my Pc to palette 3 pro vie USB, than to prusa i3. I though it might be an electric problem, so tried connecting usb to palette 3 pro, and turend the pc off, but still the same.

Im using the firmware v22.08.11.0

Hi @takumanakata, I'm very sorry to hear about this issue. I will send you an email with instructions to install debugging firmware on Palette. If the issue is replicated while using this debugging firmware, please send us a copy of the logs.

Afterwards if the issue persists, please also check if there are a lot of local files saved on Palette. You may try deleting the older ones to free up storage.

If it is not related to the storage space, I am inclined to think it may be an electrical issue as well. From there we can consider which warranty measures to take.

Thanks!! will try installing the debugging firmware. Won't have time for a while to work on so will notify when i'm done. Also, I'm using Palette3pro in Japan, Just in case for you to debug if the electricity could cause the problem.
