Could not start bootloader or port is not open.
When I updating my palette 2 pro Firmware, I mistakenly power off the palette, then errors occured. I followed the “Troubleshooting Firmware - Update Incomplete”, and choose software bootloader, it signals error “Could not start bootloader“ or “port is not open“. Now the screen of palette does not show anything, what should I do?
Hi, I have received the jumper, and following the instruction, but it still not work. When I Select Main and upload file 'P2EE01.bin , I found the firmware updater still not upload anything to the palette 2 pro. I changed several computers to try to finish this step, but still failed. Should I send my palette 2 pro to you to find what is wrong with it?
