How to buy parts?

I was thinking about getting a Pro 3 thingy but after visiting the website and this page I'm kinda not sure it's worth the time, effort, and money... now, especially now (mobile site, maybe desktop is better), I'm skeptical at best.

I saw that shipping to Canada was like $90 for a couple OZ. I live in Alaska, can I order off amazon because no way am I gonna order things like cutters, tubing, etc.. and pay hundreds in shipping. That's a flat out hard "nope" for me. That said, after seeing the website I'm very uncertain, and I know forums can't be toxic and often filled with complaints, but, is this it?

I'm not trying to bash the product. It looks cool on YouTube and other sites, but, coming here has me thinking I should run the other direction.
