error code 500 when trying to send files to printer

i splice my project and want to send it to my printer and i get the bullshit error 500

well whats the fix????!!! i have restarted all devices in every sequence i can think of and hard powered off everything as well!!!!

this thing sucks!!

oh yeah and factory reset does absolutely no help!!!

update the bugs in this piece of $@$*.

tried slicing a totally new project to send over to the pallete and still get the same bullshit device error 500

Hi @mazdaracer4fun, this error is because you're trying to do a single colour print with Palette. Palette is designed for multi-material printing only. For a single colour project I would recommend printing without Palette.

yeah i figured this out on my own. after 2 days of screaming at canvas for not having error explinations!. fix that please!!

i found the answer myself ..... the mosaic printer ... can not understand a single color print! so if you dont have a multi-colored slice it wont send to the mosiac from canvas. so thats what that "device error 500" means.
