I have a printer setup, and a palette 3 connected. There is no "Send to Device" button, no where to upload anything, I can control the printer through the Palette through Canvas so its definitely connected, I can even start prints off the SD card. How do I make the "Send to Device" button appear?

The 'send to device' button should appear after you slice your project, in the bottom right of the project screen:
Please take a screenshot after slicing your project and share it with me, if you don't see this option.

I read I need to find a "Add new Setup" button in order to get the Send to Device button... there is no setups tab, and I've searched every tab and dialog that made sense without ever coming across a button that says "Add new Setup"... the Palette and Printer, as well as Material are all added, and configured... I can print the files ON the Palette's SD card fine from Canvas.
Why there is no way to add a setup directly from the sliced model is bad design. Most of their documentation also seems to specify things that don't exist, or have been renamed/redesigned.
