ok so. it prints the print shape and detail correctly but the colors are all wrong.
before you ask. YES i printed the "multi-file keychain file" calibration keychain already and that was perfect.
then i used canvas to "paint" a mushroom spots one color and left the rest another color. and it doesnt print the spots right at all!
hopefully the images uploaded correctly!!!

In this case it looks like you need to increase your transition lengths to avoid colour bleeding. You can either increase your overall transition lengths, or use variable transitions to set red as a strong colour. Please your Canvas project with me for more advice - the share button is in the top right of your project (please tick the boxes to share your printer profile and project settings).
It would also be great if you could provide pings data, which would help us check for under/over-extrusion. You can access these on the printer progres screen under Tools, or if your Palette is connected to Canvas, under My Devices > Palette > Status and Controls > Logs.

Hi @mazdaracer4fun, that's okay, you can go ahead and print with increased transition lengths. Pings data is available on the print progress screen on Palette, under Tools, or if your unit is connected to Canvas you can find it under My Devices > Palette > Status and Controls > Logs
