How do I and what do I need to connect palette 3 to ender 3 s1 pro hot end? any good videos out there?

Hi @debcst5823, please see our Getting Started Guide and Connected Mode guide to start printing with Palette 3 - you will see a video on this second page. If you have difficulties, please share pictures of your setup and a link to your Canvas keychain project with support@mosaicmfg.com.
The share button is in the top right of your Canvas project - please tick the boxes to share your printer profile and project settings.

It does not connect very well IMHO.
There is a link to various printable adapters, there is one for the sprite series.
I have a cr-m4
First print it locked up.
Hopefully tomorrow it will work better.
