Hi,
I want to connect my new Mosaic Palette 3 pro to my Raise3D N2 Pro Printer. In the comatibility List I can see that it is fully compatible but connectin with USB wont get any result.
Is this a good question?
Hi @toni, thanks for your question. With this printer, you will need to plug Palette into the USB slot that the touchscreen is currently plugged into. We have had users use a splitter to enable the use of both devices.
If you continue to have issues, please send pictures of your set up and any errors you're seeing, so that I can advise. I'll also include the connected mode guide for your reference.
