CR6 max wrong color in middle print

Dear Support team,

I have done successfully color print with pallete 3 pro. Ping-pong are jumping little bit. For ping is 90-106% and pong is good between 99.80-100.20%. HM is set manually to 129.60%, where i get best results for prints with 6 colors.

In one case all should be good, but in middle print i have problem and dont know how to fix it.

I tried slow speed 20ms, faster speed 40ms, tried 135mm long tower, 50% accuracy, less accuracy 40%, tried change HM to 120%, printed model 10x with different configuration, but result is still same.

Do you have any ideas to fix it please?

Hi @lubomir, thanks for getting in touch. If possible, could you provide the full list of pings from this print? That would be helpful for us. There are also a few other things I'd like to check:

- Have you calibrated your extruder recently? It's important to know that this has been done, you can follow a guide such as this one.

- Please double check your Loading Offset value, and edit it if needed. This should be the length of your extruder, Bowden tube and print head.

- Lastly, your HM of 129.60% is definitely too high. Please can you factory reset your unit before printing again, under Settings > System. This will allow us to re-calibrate your unit with a fresh HM value.

When you try this print again, please could you also share pictures of your physical setup, and a link to your Canvas project? If you prefer you can send these to support@mosaicmfg.com.

Dear Guy,

I am sorry but for mentioned print I dont have logs. But you kicked me and I found missclick in extruder configuration on printer. I reset HM and started print again. Result?

HM was set to 99.71% automatically after print. Few small configuration changes and print will be 100% clear. Thank you for your product, it is "brutalismo" and best 3d printer upgrade ever!
