my ender 5 plus has the runout sensor mounted on the same mount for the extruder do i measure from the bottom of the runout sensor to tip of the nossel or do i remount the extruder and bypass the runout sensor to mount the adaptor

Hi @wfd1997, thanks for your question.
We would recommend bypassing the runout sensor and clipping Palette's outgoing tube directly to your extruder. You will then measure your Loading Offset value from the end of Palette's outgoing tube to the nozzle, including the extruder, Bowden tube and print head.
If you have any issues, please take pictures of your setup focusing on Palette's outgoing tube and your extruder, so we can advise further.

now after setup and starting for some reason my 5 plus has to be re leveled befor every print some reason the pallette 3 pro ignors my ezabl and put the bed too close to the nozzel
