Problem print with low Ping
How come my pings always remain low starting from 94% while if I print the mosaic chain proof it is always right.
Thank
Is this a good question?

Hey @eurografiche, if your initial pings are low, but then eventually increase, this usually means your bed is not level. This causes the nozzle to be too close to the bed during the first layer, which results in under extrusion, which is reflected as a low initial ping. Do you have the full ping data for the keychain so we can take a look? Instructions on how to access ping data in accessory mode (no Hub) can be found at mm3d.co/accessory-mode-pings and instructions to access ping data in connected mode (with a Hub) can be found at mm3d.co/connected-pings

I have this same issue. Prints just keep getting lower and lower pings, and then I run the key chain. First rerun of the key chain is low 90’s, then the second run is all 101%. Then go back and print something else, and everything drops back into the mid 80% level for all pings, and never increases.

Hey Scott, a low ping means your printer was under extruding at that point - pings are a measure of how much your printer extruded versus how much it was supposed to according to the GCode. For example, a ping of 80% means your printer extruded 0.8 mm instead of 1 mm. Palette needs consistent extrusion in order to be able to predict how long to make each piece of filament. If your pings vary by more than 2%, we usually recommend to check that your extruder is well calibrated and hence, extruding consistently. We usually use this guide here: https://mattshub.com/blogs/blog/extruder...
