Lost Grommets - Mosaic OOS - Where to buy?

Title says it all. I haven't used my Palette 2 S Pro in a while and I can't find the adapter I made which has my grommet attached. This shouldn't be a big deal but Mosaic is OOS and this thing is basically useless without it. And of course, I can't find the original box which had spares but it probably got tossed.

I also checked their list of authorized retailers, but the only one that had parts didn't have grommets and everything was unavailable anyway.

I'm hoping these are standard parts that can maybe be bought at a hardware store, but I would know which ones are correct.

Can anyone give me a source for these things? It would be appreciated.
