Test Print without factory reset

Due to the frustrating loading issues that are still unresolved, I've had to factory reset my printer 4 times now because inexplicably, there's no obvious way to do a test print from the menu on the Pallete 3 Pro.

Where is that option, or must I do a Factory Reset everytime?

Where are the device specific setup video's that you should have put on YouTube?

Where is the Mosaic Support?

Hi @jeackyl, very sorry to hear about the trouble you are experiencing.

The test print can be downloaded from here, and the steps to slicing and sending the file to Palette can be found here.

We aim to have setup specific videos that pertain to direct drive or bowden configurations, an example of this can be found in our main connected mode printing guide.

Factory resetting is only necessary if there are multiple printer profiles saved to Palette you wish to remove, or if there are calibration issues during printing (color falling off sync).

Can you also elaborate on the loading issues you are seeing so we can help address those as well?
