I got the 3 Pro and need to set it up with my Creality CR-10 Smart Pro. Need support with the printer profile and with the connectivity as the printer is a direct drive.

I was able to get it to work by creating a CR10 Smart Pro Printer in Canvas based on the CR10s printer that is supported. The print characteristics for these printers (envelope) are the same. I used a USB cable with USB C in the printer port and USB A in the Palette 3 Pro port. I turned the printer on after I started the print job. I will see if this was a fluke by trying to repeat this process. The connection parameters are 115200 Baud, and "/dev/ttyUSB for the com port, but it automatically set them when it connected. I put some 2 sided tape under the extruder clip to raise it enough to be above the filament entrance on the printer extruder and used an 80mm Outgoing tube.
