Splice core is not splicing

I tried contacting you before on December 22 2022. I own the pallete 2s pro. And every time I try to print the splices fail.

I have adjusted settings turned on and off endurance mode. Even set it to 4 10 1 to at least get some kind of weld. Nothing. In splice mode it works however in any other format calibration or printing does not keep settings. I use your canvas slicer set it to 4 10 1 and still get no improvements. It's just wasting my filament
