Internal server error 3017 (First use)

I just recieved an Internal error 3017 code when im trying to slice in Canvas. I have created an default printer with settings for my Flashforge Creator Pro 2 and changed to "Acessory mode" before slicing. But i get this error message all the time. I think it may relate to that i have chosen the outcome file to be .gpx, which my printer needs. Have followed all instructions, for example to set "Acessory mode" in settings. Please help, this is my first use with the Palette 3 Pro and this it is really really frustrating that i cant use your software as described.
