Compatibility with BTT mainboards

I have a Creality Ender 5 Plus that's been heavily modified and currently sports a BTT Octopus Pro mainboard running Marlin 2.0.95. Is the Palette 3 (Pro) and the Canvas slicer compatible with this combination? I doubt it matters, but the hotend is a Bondtech DDX v3.
