How to fix 2 filaments stuck in inside tube with no way to grab it?!

So done with this machine! I should not have to spice tune something that keep not connecting splices that it use to do so! Had to cut one the provided tubs to fix this once already an not its done it again. My question is why was this released at all with no premade splice profiles an why are there not any updates too filament profile splices an tests done like Prusa does an updates for on difrent fillaments yes there is a lot but just go with most common used first an others can splice tunes for ones they use in between!

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. If you need to cut another tube, please email us at support@mosaicmfg.com and we can have replacements sent free of charge.

It's tough to provide premade profiles as different brands and combinations can require different combinations. The default (0,0,0) was set with Mosaic PLA, but we do suggest splice tuning if you're using any other brand(s) of filament. We have a chart which shows the best starting values, but it's still best to run splice tuning to ensure that splices are between 1.65-1.85 mm, and to double check that you've updated your Material Profiles properly: mm3d.co/p3-splicetuning
