How Can I resume a print after a failed splice?

Im having trouble figuring out away to finish my print when a slpice breaks. It stopped at layer 30 and I hate to just throw out all that wasted material. The error I received was a 134 but I know the problem was in the splice settings. So my question is how can I resume a print after an error occurs?

Hi @spacetruckerjoe, we're very sorry to hear that you experienced this issue, we understand that the wasted material here can be a pain.

Unfortunately at this time, there is no way to resume a print if a splice breaks. If you are noticing that filament is breaking at a splice point between two different colors or materials, finding the right splice settings as a way to prevent breakage is the best available approach. Could you let us know which splice settings you were using most recently, or if they were at the default of 0,0,0?

It would also be good to check if any of the spools used are brittle in any way. You can often tell if filament is brittle, because the filament itself snaps off the spool with little effort. It would be best to swap out any brittle spools for a different one.
