Yup, I had that problem this summer! I actually made a replacement on fusion 360. I designed two versions. One for a fdm print with a .4 nozzle with lose specs and then another I had sls printed with exact specs. Both worked great. Push fit for bearings. I emailed mosaic and they didn’t really care when I expressed my concerns and frustrations about the cheap plastic. My version has more meat on the bracket so the lid won’t fit anymore but mosaic should replace all of them to metal so the lid does fit. So they know about it but they don’t care and keep sending out this crap.

The palette 3 don’t have as many flaws as the palette 2 but it was not ready to be released to the public.

Again they keep sending out the same crap. They will spend .05 on a piece that brakes every once in a while where you just wasted over $60+ of filament on a massive print.

Again why don’t you really fix the problem!

They don’t care.
