the pallet go so slow and the ender 3 pro, stay out of material!! why the machine wait to make the slice, if it can be always full… make it machine more quick!!! dont wait… slice, slice ,slice, wait if it full , splice.

The palette 3 splices pretty fast. Did you buy the pro for faster splices? The buffer is small so I designed a bigger buffer system after the palette.

I had to downgrade de machine speed to 60%, because de pallet 3 pro, stay without of material.
and in the end of the print, the machine lcd change to white, the same when you try to change the filament. And in the multi spool the machine don’t work okay, if you click over the button, “print without the machine”.
What I can do to fix all that issues ?

Filament change in multi spool mode will not work!!
Mosaic don't know how to fix it. They have known about this issue for months. Yet the employees here keep saying it works!

i dont, understan why the people is rating me bad, if it is the forum for look yor a fix for the machine, i cant use the multispool, and in past version it was wotking more or less know if not working any, it song like the sensor that detect the filament when if running out, it not working, but the rare it that the sensor is working fine, because the machine in the first homing us it to home the filament.[br]

can i edit the machine code? how can i do it , to see if i can fix it problema... if that posible?
I will waiting for your answer, my machine come with 2 years of waranty, how can i ask for a refund, the machine never work fine, always come run into a isue...
