Thanks for confirming, we don't provide a USB-C cable, but if you do have an additional one, you would connect your printer to Palette via this slot.

NO, the PALLETE 3 PRO is INCOMPATIBLE WITH ENDERS out of the box, SEE my POSTS, and you'll find out that it will never actually start a print, and MOSAIC appears to not offer any actual support, just passive useless questions.

The bottom line from what I can tell is that you have to figure out a way to import a working printer profile into Canvas. But to be honest, I haven't had success despite countless hours of fiddling around, only to have the Pallete sit there doing absolutely nothing after loading the filament. When I hit print start, nothing happens, either it's not sending commands to the printer, or it's sending commands the printer doesn't understand. My opinion, stay away from Mosaic products. Thus far, my experience is that they aren't actually helping customers get these devices working out of the box, either because it's too complicated, they're under staffed, or don't care once they have your $$$.

Guy, rather than hiding support information, perhaps you should start providing developing detailed printer profiles for devices.

In my case, I've followed all the recommended support steps, tried emailing your support staff. I gave up after weeks of futility. After putting it up for sale (HALF PRICE), no one will buy it. Four months later, back out of the box, and the latest attempts still fail, upgraded the firmware in the hope you may have fixed something. Nope, its worse, won't even print the first layer.

Hi @jeackyl , would you mind sharing some more information about the issues that you're seeing? We have a number of Ender users who use Palette with their setup successfully, and we have 2 in our offices which work great as well. If you could provide information like pictures of recent prints/physical setups/splices along with your Canvas project/printer links, it would help us determine what the issues are that you're seeing.

@nico I would ask for the same information as this helps us determine where the issues are occurring.
