Retraction and stringing problem

Im having alot of trouble with printing multiple objects at a time and having excessive amounts of stringing and stalagmites on my prints. Ive found it very difficult to try and tune this out since alot of the features im used to with cura are not in canvas like combing mode. What do you guys suggest for settings to stop the stringing? Im running an ender 3 s1 plus printer for reference.
