Please tell why or what is causing the palette to bend / crimp my filament as it passes through the machine? It’s causing way too many failures. I’m seriously about to put a ticket in for an RMA

Hi Raul, just to confirm is this happening only after splicing or before and if it happens before the filament goes through the splice core does this happen when you load filament into all the drives on your unit?

This happens right after the splice and passed that tension spring with the smaller extruder wheel to push it forward.
