Print head doesn't move from corner - Ender 5 Pro

I just put togther my Palette 3 Pro today and linked to Canvas. I sliced the keychain from thingiverse in Canvas, sent it to the printer but I cannot get it to print correctly.

It starts by feeding it all the way through, I have it autohome and then do a purge line (copied from my Cura profile). It will go through those commands when it gets done the purge line, it travels back to the home point (back right corner) and just prints a continuous blob without moving.

I tried:

Setting the home point to 220 x 220 (back right corner, which is where it is). Also, set it to bottom-left. Both had the same result.

The interesting thing is that it likes my gcode command but as soon as it gets to the print command from the model, it just heads to that corner and never leaves.

It did the same thing with the default start/end gcodes as well so that is not part of the problem.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Hi @sscrush, are there any positioning commands in your start sequence such as G90? Can you try removing any G90 commands if you see them, and from there slicing transferring the new file?

It’s possible this command is not required at the beginning if the firmware type is already set to absolute. Please give that a try and let us know how that goes.
