Waiting for an answer for Mosaic

Hello. I haven't had any replies by emailing. I need some spare parts for my Palette 3 Pro, more specifically all the belts (2 pack) besides Splice Tubes (5 pack) and Buffer Tube/Outgoing Tube - Short (500 mm) and such and I would like you to contact me to see how to proceed to send me these parts.
