Cancelled print - stuck on "Completing Actions"

Palette 2S Pro, Prusa MK3S+, Octoprint 1.8.0 with Palette plugin

I had a print that went sideways, so I cancelled it from Octoprint. The print stopped, but the Palette is stuck blowing like a jet engine with the screen stating “Completing Actions” - it’s been like this for over an hour now. What actions is it completing, and how can I help it get those little fusey chores finished?

Hi @hoppersoft, very sorry to hear this happened. Are you able to download the octoprint.log and mosaic.log from Octoprint? This is under Settings > Logging. Please let us know the approximate date and time that the print was cancelled so we may narrow down the activity in the log. You can email these logs to support@mosaicmfg.com
