Palette 3 pro does not connect to the printer

I have a Palette 3 Pro and a Flashforge Creator pro printer. The palette does not connect to the printer by an USB cable. I already updated the printer and the Palette.

I would be very pleased if you can help me with the problem.

Hi Regulus, the Flashforge Creator Pro doesn’t handle standard GCode files and we can’t operate with it in connected mode unfortunately. Accessory mode is the only way at the moment that P3 would support this printer.
