Impossible to use following a "No pings detected" error

Hello, I recently had a problem with my Palette 2S, I don't know why it started because it was printing very well before, but recently this one gives me the error message (attached), I have No matter recalibrating it, putting it back to the factory settings, it doesn't want to and always and always puts the error message "No pings Detected".

Please help me fix this problem that prevents me from using this wonderful machine.

Hi Simon, sorry to hear about these issues you’re having. Would you be able to check if the encoder wheel on your unit is working, it may not be turning properly which may be why you’re getting the no pings detected message on your Palette.
