Canvas sliced correct but I only got the ".gcode"-file. What to do?

After having defined the 2 colours in the model, i let calculating the gcode.

Normally i received 2 files in the Zip-file. In this case i only got one single file. What’s the reason? What to do, that i can drive my QIDI X-Plus printer in addition to the Palette 2S?

Update (11.06.2022)

Hi Adalyn,

i am sorry, i do not have a palette 3 but a “palette 2S”.

The last prints were absolutely O.K. Now i have the problem, that the *.maf - file is missing.

There is only 1 file in the produced Zip-file and i don’t know why. I am working exactly as i did in the last projects.

Hi @toqua, can you open the project again, and check that the Palette mode is set to accessory like in this photo below? If two colors are used on the model, by default you should also see a transition tower generate next to the model.
