When splicing, the filament comes out long in front of the tube.
The length of the tube is set to 80cm, and I printed out the keychain normally twice.
When I tried to print it out for the third time, the filament began to come out of the tube long. The same goes for factory initialization.

Can you double check the length of the outgoing tube? Aside from the 80cm medium tube, you should have also received 57cm short tubes which can be used for inside the unit as a buffer tube, or an outgoing tube. I just want to ensure that the tube entered on the printer profile matches the one installed on the output.
Can you also test the encoder following this guide on x-ray mode, under the section titled ‘Encoder?’ We also just want to check that this component which measures the filament as it exits the unit is reading correctly. If successful, the status of the encoder on the x-ray screen should be green.

I have had the same thing happen several times. I have an 800mm tube and 50mm offset. It happens when I have a lot of short splices to start things off. As near as I can tell it happens if I have a splice between 1600mm and 1700mm, and that splice is made a short time before the palette is trying to push the filament out of the tube. It looks like there is a zone just after the core where the splice can’t sit, so it pushes the splice out of that zone and as a result it pushes too much filament out of the tube. I have to go add a skirt etc., to change the splice locations a little bit.
