firmware is continuasly looping when trying to update

was prompted to download and install the latest firmware v22.04.19.0 today, and now its stuck in an endles cycle unable to finish. what do I do?

I managed to fix it. All I did was Press and hold the power button until the palette shut off, turn it back on. It started fine, then when I was prompted to download the update everything went as it was supposed to.
