I'm not able to connect my Palette 3 Pro to my Raise3D E2. Help!

Can someone please guide me through the setup for hooking up the Raise3d E2 to the Palette Pro 3? I followed the instructions to the T but they don’t see each other. Am I only able to use Accessory mode?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Hi Raymundo, I would advise you to turn off auto-connect in the connection settings on Palette and try manually connecting using the baud rate!

I use Raise3D pro3. I just started to use this yeasterday. I cannot connect printer directly either. I have the same question. I did a test print in accessory mode, overall print came out with colors in right places, but i feel i still need to adjust some settings on top and bottom layers.

I have a Raise3D Pro2, same problem I believe. I don’t think your printer can be controlled from the USB port. We got ours working in accessory mode. You download the 2 files created in Canvas, then put them on two different flash drives, MAXF goes in Palette, GCODE in printer. Start the print on the Palette first while you preheat the nozzle. Once you have enough filament to grab from the outgoing tube you load it into the print head. Once the Palette sees the right amount out stop the filament loading on the printer. Then you can start the gcode print on the Raise.
