Hi, I am new user of P3P . I dont know how to start because when I download GCODE exported from CANVAS I dont know where to put USB with GCODE file ? my P3P not reading file from USB. Please help me. Thank you

Hi @martinbubak, if you are able to link your Palette 3 to your Canvas account, you will find it as an online device. From there, if you go to Setups, you should be able to find one already for your printer profile. Edit the setup, and you can add your online Palette 3 like in this example below. After saving the setup, return to a project with this same setup and try slicing again. You should now have the option to send the print to Palette 3 directly. Please let me know how it goes!

Are you running in connected or accessory mode?

Hi, yes I am running in connected mode . but Canvas I can only save to disk. No possible send file to P3P. do you know what can be wrong? Than you

Sounds like Canvas doesn't see your P3P as connected. Is it on your network properly (wifi or ethernet)? Menu at the top left (3 lines) -> Devices, then check for your P3P there. It should show up and have a green dot indicating it is online. I had a connection issue yesterday, I just rebooted my Palette and reloaded Canvas and it worked.
