palette 2 pro will not feed filament even though switch is triggered.

My Palette 2 Pro starts fine, when more filament is needed and the switch is triggered and light comes on, no filament is fed into buffer.

Hi Sergio,

  • Are you using a Hub with your P2P? Is it in connected mode? If so, are your plug-ins up to date? Are you able to try using a different USB? I ask as this may be a communication issue.
  • Is the buffer switch responsive? You can check by going to About > Next > Next
