Palette 3 crashed - red light blinking

My Palette 3 Pro has stopped working. I was printing, walked away and there was a crash of some sort. Failed print. The Palette screen was not on when I returned.

The power light is blinking red. I have unplugged the Palette, and tried to restart with negative results. Is there a process to hard reboot?

Sorry Dave, the second part of your response appeared to be a joke and didn’t see it as being serious.

Hanna I have tried the reseating of the Pi and support suggested the “install the OS” steps, but the unit did not reboot to continue the OS install steps and the unit remains in the state described. I am awaiting a response from support.

Dave did you have any suggestions that would not require a teardown and potentially void any warranty issues?

by crash do you mean it fell or did another one collide into it after running a red light?
