After 3 test prints (45 min each), the Palette 3 Pro shows a solid white screen. It’s still able to print from Canvas but controlled on the Palette. I contacted Mosaic’s technical support, and they haven’t given me the instruction on how to repair the brand new unit. Thumb down, Mosaic.

Reseating the LCD ribbon cable doesn’t help. LCD is defective. Mosaic send the replacement.
