Brand new Palette 3 Pro-White solid LCD screen
After 3 test prints (45 min each), the Palette 3 Pro shows a solid white screen. It’s still able to print from Canvas but controlled on the Palette. I contacted Mosaic’s technical support, and they haven’t given me the instruction on how to repair the brand new unit. Thumb down, Mosaic.
